Human Vs to be held on five continents this weekend

Last year, many cities across the globe joined forces to conduct summer trial runs for the Catalan Way, the enormous human chain held on September 11^th. This summer is no different: some seventy versions of the human V to be held on the Catalan National Day will be staged in the farthest-flung corners of the planet. Spanning five different continents and running from early August to mid-September, the majority of these events will take place this weekend and next.

For example, this Saturday, events will be held in Boston (USA), Canberra (Australia), Montreal (Quebec), Puebla (Mexico), Dublin (Ireland), Buenos Aires (Argentina), Santo Domingo (Dominican Republic), Queenstown (New Zealand), Prague (Czech Republic), and Poznań (Poland).

The V-day celebrations continue on Sunday, with events in Xinantecatl (Mexico), Auckland (New Zealand), Santiago (Chile), São Paulo (Brazil), Toronto (Canada), Dallas, Atlanta, Chicago and Boulder (USA), Singapore, Lausanne (Switzerland), Munich and Berlin (Germany), and Seoul (South Korea).
